New Microfilm Scanner
Minneapolis Central Library has a new ScanPro 2000 Microfilm Scanner. The machine allows for full-page editing and spot editing with functions for cropping, straightening, adjusting contrast and brightness, zooming, and rotating. Scanned and edited pages can be emailed or saved to a flash drive, free of charge.

Microfilm readers are located on the 3rd floor. View dozens of newspapers and magazines as well as property lot surveys, government documents (microfiche on 2nd floor), and city directories (microfiche on 4th floor).
